Positions Available

• Chef de Partie- $78,145 + super + overtime if required
• Demi Chef - $72,450 + super + overtime if required
• Commis Chef - $70,900 + super + overtime if required

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in a high-end or fine dining kitchen
• Solid technical skills, strong on prep and service
• Confidence working with seasonal produce and modern techniques
• Cool under pressure with great communication skills
• Available nights and weekends
• Full Australian working rights
