We are looking for a motivated office clerk to join our friendly and supportive team.
Project BA is a reputable building certification office providing high quality certification and compliance services across Queensland. We pride ourselves on professionalism, integrity, and exceptional client service.
You will be responsible for a range of administrative and clerical tasks that support the day-to-day operations of our building certifiers and ensure a smooth workflow across the business.
Key responsibilities:
general office administration, including answering phones, managing emails, filing and data entry;
assisting certifiers with documentation, scheduling and client correspondence;
lodging forms and report with local council and other authorities;
maintaining accurate records and client files;
supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
