What This Role Offers Me
In this role, I’ll be the first point of contact for families embarking on their Early Childhood Approach journey, providing exceptional customer service and support to families, staff, and customers every day. Working closely with a passionate team, we’ll collaborate to ensure high levels of satisfaction and meet our KPIs, while proactively addressing challenges to best support the needs of both families and staff.
Each day offers new opportunities to make a real impact—whether it’s navigating complex family situations, interpreting developmental assessments, or guiding families to access Early Childhood supports through the NDIA. This dynamic, rewarding role allows me to create positive change in the lives of children and their families while continuously growing both personally and professionally.

- Complete the intake and sign-up process for new customers, collaborating closely with the Northcott EC CSC Team Leader & Quality Assurance Manager and team to ensure a smooth transition and that families receive the correct information for service delivery.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe programs, and navigate multiple systems and internet technologies.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, focusing on achieving the best outcomes for customers.
