This is a hybrid role — combining hands-on installations now with leadership and coordination responsibilities that grow over time.

Installing ducted splits and multi-split systems in new homes, working with leading suppliers such as Panasonic, Rinnai, Braemar, and Bonaire

Running projects from start to finish, taking ownership of outcomes

Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to keep projects moving

Conducting site visits for planning and problem-solving before works commence

Growing into a leadership/coordination role over time — as apprentices become independent, you’ll spend less time on the tools and more time mentoring, planning, and client-facing (without being tied to a desk)

Training and developing apprentices — instilling the right habits and skills as they progress

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic (Certificate III in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration) — essential

Refrigerant Handling Licence & current Victorian driver’s licence

Proven ability to run jobs end-to-end

Experience leading apprentices or small teams on-site

Hands-on, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong alignment with our culture of reliability, teamwork, and “work hard, play hard” spirit

What We Offer:

$105,000 – $115,000 + super (equivalent to $50–$55/hr) — including fully maintained vehicle, phone, and tools provided
