Retail Supervisor – Sprout Artisan Bakery

Sprout Artisan Bakery has been proudly baking and serving our community in Brisbane for over a decade. We’re known for our handcrafted sourdough, pastries, and warm hospitality – and now we’re growing! With a brand-new bakery facility in Albion and a new café location opening later this year, we’re looking for a Retail Manager to join our team and help us take this next exciting step.

About the role
As Retail Supervisor, you’ll be the friendly face and steady hand that keeps our day-to-day operations running smoothly. From leading and training staff to ensuring great customer experiences, you’ll play a key part in creating the welcoming Sprout atmosphere our customers love.

Key responsibilities

Run day-to-day shifts across our retail sites and market stalls

Lead, support, and train team members

Maintain excellent customer service and café standards

Manage stock ordering and record keeping

Jump on the machine when needed – barista skills are essential!

About you

Have strong people management and leadership skills

Bring experience in customer service and hospitality

Are hands-on, proactive, and love working with a team
