What Your Days Might Look Like

Oversee daily service operations

Lead team performance, rostering, and training

Manage stock, suppliers, and service standards

Drive sales and meet revenue targets

Ensure compliance with RSA

Work across day, night, weekday and weekend shifts as required

About You

3+ years’ experience in a supervisory role

Background in hotels, resorts, or premium venues

Strong leadership and communication skills

A proactive, hands-on approach

Confidence in operations, training, and customer service

RSA and Driver’s Licence (bar experience a plus)
