The building is proudly managed by Romfree Pty Ltd, who oversee a select portfolio of prestigious properties across Melbourne and the Gold Coast. This includes Aspire Melbourne, Q1 Spa & Resort, Rhapsody, Vue, and Encore, with more exciting projects in the pipeline.

We are now seeking a passionate and experienced Building Manager to lead day-to-day operations at The Evermore. This is a high-profile role where you will be the face of the property, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence, while working within a supportive management network.

The Role

As Building Manager at The Evermore, you will oversee the effective management, safety, and maintenance of the building, ensuring residents and owners enjoy a first-class living experience. You'll be responsible for compliance, contractor management, preventative maintenance, and community engagement — balancing operational efficiency with a service-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of The Evermore.

Build strong relationships with residents, owners, and the Owners Corporation Executive Committee.

Respond promptly to resident and owner requests with professionalism.

Attend committee meetings and Annual General Meetings.

Oversee contractor performance, source quotes, and manage supplier negotiations.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure building presentation and safety standards.

Monitor plant, fire, and safety systems to ensure compliance.

Coordinate preventative maintenance and manage outstanding defect works.

Prepare and present monthly building reports, including budget and expenditure recommendations.

Maintain building management software, records, and compliance documentation.

About You

Proven experience in building or property management (residential or mixed-use).

Sound knowledge of Owners Corporation/Strata Schemes, statutory legislation, and WHS.

Strong administrative, compliance, and reporting skills.

Excellent communication and professional presentation.

Confident in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and building management software (experience with MYBOS, BuildingLink, or similar systems preferred).

Proactive, organised, and able to work independently.

Service-focused, with a positive and solutions-driven approach.
