Facility Management Victoria Pty Ltd (FMV) is a leading facility management company in Melbourne, managing over 50 of Victoria's most prestigious high-rise buildings and working with over 13 different Owners Corporation Management companies. FMV offers a variety of residential and commercial property services.

The Role

The role would include managing a team of support staff, providing leadership, essential service compliance, managing building assets and projects, tendering for various services and providing a range of soft services.

Your main duties will include but not limited to the following:

Main Duties

· Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures

· Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements

· Organise and plan building instalments and refurbishments

· Supervise facilities staff and communicate with external contractors and vendors

· Handle insurance contracts

· Keep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocol

To be successful in this role you will have to:

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to work as a team member

· Good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure

· Demonstrated ability to be able to multi task

Qualification

· A Diploma or higher qualification in Management or a related field is required.

· Academic or industry specific qualifications will be highly regarded.

Experience

· Minimum 3 years of experience in a Similar Position
