Qualifications & experience

Casual Sales Rep Role. Servicing Baby/Kids stores in Melbourne and Victoria.

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the baby products or related industry.

Proven ability to roll out training in every store visit

Strong understanding of the baby market and customer needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Willingness to travel within Victoria

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Must have own ABN as this is a contracted role

Tasks & responsibilities

Weekly store visits across Melbourne and monthly visits to country Vic.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers .

Training team members on our product range.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.

Provide feedback and insights to help shape sell through on sales.

Travel extensively to meet with retailers across Melbourne.

Must have own car.
