We’re looking for a Level 1 Accounts Receivable / Collections Officer to join our passionate team. You’ll be the frontline face of our finance support—helping customers resolve billing issues, advising on payment options, and ensuring they stay connected to the services they rely on.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer-Facing Support: Answer inbound calls and provide empathetic, professional assistance with billing, payments, cancellations, and service adjustments.

Ticket Management: Accurately log and manage customer interactions in our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.

Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with Level 2 support and Team Leaders to resolve complex customer concerns.

Multi-Channel Communication: Engage with customers via phone, email, and ticketing platforms.

System Navigation: Use APN’s internal systems to investigate service issues and update payment details.

Rostered Coverage: Provide support across customer service hours as scheduled.

What You’ll Bring

Experience: Prior experience in collections or payment support is highly regarded.

Industry Knowledge: Background in telecommunications customer support is a plus.
