ABOUT THE POSITION.

We are seeking a talented Experienced Graduate of Architecture with expertise in creating exceptional apartment designs, luxury housing, mixed-use or commercial buildings.

DUTIES.

• Feasibility studies, masterplanning, concept design, design development, and DA stage.
• Produce high-quality pre-construction documentation
• Contribute to floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
• Coordinate with structural, civil, and landscape consultants
• Client and Council Presentations

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture
• 3+ years experience in industry
• Revit competency with practical studio experience
• Experience on multi-residential projects
• Knowledge of local codes (ADG) and local experience
• Full working rights in Australia
