About the role

A 6-month contract role to support the transition of a newly acquired Aged Care business into the framework of one of Victoria's largest and most well known not-for-profit Aged Care providers. End to end processing for this newly acquired business (100 employees) with prior exposure to Aged Care/Healthcare awards/EBA's a necessity.

The Responsibilities

You will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following duties:

• End to end processing for 100 employees fortnightly
• Processing new starters, terminations, Masterfile changes, overtime, leave processing and report checking
• Interpretating awards and applying relevant policies
• Timesheet coding and data entry where required
• Administering Work Cover
• Answering payroll enquires

The successful applicant will have

• Experience in the Aged Care or Healthcare sector or a related field
• Exposure to Kronos & TechOne payroll systems advantageous but not essential
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi task and work within a fast faced environment
• Strong excel and numeracy skills
