Our client is a world leader in the supply and service of commercial catering and bakery equipment. We are seeking experienced, friendly and motivated Payroll & Officer to join our passionate and close-knit team where your skills make a real impact.

In this part-time Temp position (3-4 days per week), you’ll work closely with both the HR and Finance teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly and fortnightly payroll across multiple states using MicrOpay
• Assisting with month-end reporting, reconciliations and payroll tax
• Interpreting differing EBA's and Awards
• Setting up new starters within the payroll system, as well terminations
• Coordinate all aspects of Workcover administration – from lodgement to reconciliations
• Provide day-to-day support to both HR and Finance teams on payroll, employee records, reporting, and compliance
• Assist with employee queries, fleet documentation, and system access support (ConnX)

What You Bring:

• Solid experience in payroll processing, with a focus on detail and accuracy
• Strong Excel skills and confidence managing data and reporting
