The Role:

We're seeking an experienced and self-motivated HVAC technician who thrives on a dynamic workday, takes ownership, solves problems independently, and is ready to help drive a growing, forward-thinking company.

What You'll Do:

Take ownership of maintenance portfolio and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through reliability and professionalism

Mentor apprentices and junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to develop the next generation

Make smart, independent decisions on-site, and troubleshoot issues

Handle emergency and urgent HVAC works with a solutions-focused, client-first approach

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a commercial HVAC service technician

Strong leadership skills with a desire to guide and mentor apprentices

Excellent problem-solving ability and the confidence to make decisions independently

Clear and professional communication skills with clients and team members

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and think quickly under pressure

A positive team player who contributes to our great workplace culture

Commitment to delivering high-quality service with a client-first mindset

HVAC Installation experience is advantageous but not essential – we value leadership, initiative, and people skills above all.

Must Haves:

ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence

Cert III Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

NSW Driver's License

Construction White Card
