Casual Educators Wanted – Multiple OSHC Services Across the Fraser Coast/Hervey Bay region

Catholic Early EdCare is seeking passionate and adaptable Casual OSHC Educators to join our team, working across four services in the Fraser Coast/Hervey Bay region.

This is a unique opportunity to gain experience across a variety of service styles, sizes, and approaches—enhancing your knowledge, skills, and confidence under the guidance of our highly qualified and experienced Coordinators.

Candidates who are able to travel between different OSHC locations within the Fraser Coast region will be strongly valued.

For the right candidate, there is also potential to step into a Responsible Person in Charge role, providing an opportunity to further develop your leadership skills.

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…

• Providing nurturing care for children
• Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
• Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
• Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Job Requirements:

• A Diploma, Cert III in Children's Services or equivalent qualification (or working towards) is desirable, along with a willingness to continue learning and growing.
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Effective workplace communication skills
