About the Role
Newmarket Outside School Hours Care is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Casual OSHC Educators to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and engaging activities for children in our outside school hours care program.

This position requires availability for 3–5 afternoons per week from 2:00 PM, with the possibility of occasional morning shifts. The role offers flexibility, making it perfect for those looking to balance work with other commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and engage children in fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities.

Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in our care.

Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports children's social, emotional, and physical development.

Collaborate with the team to plan and implement engaging programs.

Maintain accurate records and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.

About You
To excel in this role, you will have or are working towards the following:

A relevant Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or related field).

Experience working with children in an outside school hours care or similar setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Creativity and enthusiasm for planning and delivering engaging activities.

A genuine passion for supporting children's development and wellbeing.

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.

A valid Working with Children Check.

Australian work rights are required for this position.
