A rare opportunity has become available for an exceptional Lead Educator to join our established and highly experienced team, supporting our younger children's rooms.

In your Lead Educator capacity you will be responsible for developing and implementing high quality programs that are informed by the EYLF and VEYLDF. You will deliver age-appropriate educational programs that foster a love of learning and are aligned with the Reggio Emilia Approach to Children's Learning.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate proven expeirence in leading either a Nursery or Toddler age room.

As a successful applicant you will have:

Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education

First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Training

Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)

Strong and proven Leadership Skills

Demonstrated knowledge of the Learning Frameworks (EYLF/VEYLDF)

Demonstrated knowledge of the Quality Framework (NQS)

Storypark experience (preferred)

Demonstrated knowledge of the Child Safe Standards

Experience in the capacity of Responsible Person or Nominated Supervisor
