In a new centre with a wonderful culture, your focus will be on actively engaging with the team, providing guidance and mentorship to help them excel, leading educational programs while contributing your knowledge and ideas.

This role serves as a steppingstone for future career advancement, with growth opportunities. While you will be involved in all the rooms, you'll also be engaged in mentoring junior staff.

You will offer:

Current Lead Educator / Room Leader experience.

Current certifications in Working with Children Check, child protection, and first aid.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills are a must, complemented by a deep understanding of EYLF, NQS, and the Rating and Assessment process.

A strong grasp of child safety standards and effective communication, leadership, and management skills are essential.

A passion for delivering top-notch education and care while fostering community connections is highly desirable.

Bring excellent written, computer, and communication skills and a cheerful and dynamic approach.
