Your Responsibilities

• Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
• Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
• Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
• Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
• Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
• Liaison with clients, building management and other project stakeholders on a daily basis.

Experience/Qualifications:

• A stable track record of employment with a trade grounding in carpentry and experience on commercial projects or high end residential with commercial building elements
• An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
• Exposure in utilising software such as 1Breadcrumb & Procore would be beneficial
• A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors & consultants
• You must be a team player and be passionate about building – this company has a great can do attitude.

• A salary package up to the value of $160k, dependent upon experience, with phone, laptop etc provided
