Priority Worldwide Services is seeking a Licensed Customs Broker to join our growing Sydney team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about compliance, customer service, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do
As a Licensed Customs Broker, you’ll play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our import department, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely service. Responsibilities include:
Monitoring and managing import shipments from start to finish
Accurately processing customs entries in CargoWise
Classifying goods, preparing entries, and ensuring timely clearance
Handling carnets, licenses, tariff concessions, refunds, and duty drawbacks
Performing customs declaration audits and ensuring compliance with ABF, AQIS/DAWE, and ITAR regulations
Supporting customers and internal teams with duty classifications and regulatory requirements
Actively participating in team meetings and fostering a culture of continuous learning
What We’re Looking For
Current Australian Border Force (ABF) Licensed Customs Broker with AQIS/DAWE accreditation-Requirement
Commitment to maintaining CPD points
Proven experience with CargoWise One
Strong knowledge of customs tariffs, valuation, and free trade agreements
Ability to apply for concessions, process payments, and prepare refunds/duty drawbacks
Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse clients and cultures
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a fast-changing logistics environment
Benefits and Compensation
Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons
Salary: AUD 110,000 – AUD 150,000 annually, depending on experience
