Job Description
Manage customer enquiries
Provide lending advice and solutions to customers
Support our customers throughout the loan application journey
Connect with the local community to build pipeline and referral partnerships
Qualifications
A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. If you don’t have your Cert IV, we will guide you on how to obtain it
Minimum 2 years mortgage industry experience strongly preferred. Previous experience in mortgage broking or lending is advantages. Fully training will be provided
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Comfort with various software and technology
A background in sales or customer service
A willingness to deliver exceptional customer experiences and to help people achieve their home ownership dreams
