
CRM & Ticketing Coordinator

This position will form an integral part of the Customer Experience team. Duties will include event builds, managing various ticketing initiatives, generating complex reports for venues, artists and internal departments, customer service (phones, email, box office), supervision of call centre staff, and a thorough understanding of Tessitura and the Adelaide Festival and Adelaide Writers’ Week ticketed events.
