The Role

As a Fund Accountant, you'll play a key role in the financial operations and reporting of private credit funds. Working closely with the Financial Controller, and senior fund accountant you'll be responsible for:

• Preparing and reviewing monthly and annual financial statements in line with accounting standards.
• Calculating NAV, investor allocations, and performance metrics.
• Reconciling loan balances, cash, and investment positions.
• Supporting investor reporting, including capital accounts and fee disclosures.
• Assisting with loan settlements, drawdowns, repayments, and covenant monitoring.
• Growing into the commercial space - including cash flow forecasting and forecasting returns
• Supporting year-end audits, external stakeholder engagement, and system/process improvements.

Your Profile

You are a motivated and detail-oriented accountant, eager to broaden your experience in funds management. You will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CA/CPA qualification (or working towards) preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience in accounting, audit, or funds management.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
