The Opportunity
Our client is looking for an experienced Risk Financial Adviser to join their energetic team. This is a rare chance to not only manage an existing client base but also to shape and grow their risk advice division.
You’ll have the backing of strong referral networks and marketing initiatives while building your own book of ongoing clients. In addition, our client would welcome an adviser who already has a book of clients and is looking to transition them into a supportive, independent business with long-term growth potential.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships while delivering outstanding service
- Leverage referral networks and your own connections to generate new business
- Provide tailored, timely advice on Life Risk strategies and insurance solutions
- Conduct comprehensive risk analysis, including preparing Statements of Advice (SoAs)
- Review and optimise existing client insurance arrangements
- Manage the full cycle of insurance policies – from administration through to claims support
- Work closely with the insurance support team to deliver seamless client outcomes
What You’ll Bring
- RG146 compliant or Advanced Diploma qualified
- 3–5+ years’ experience as a Risk Specialist in Financial Planning
- A strong grasp of insurance products and risk strategies
- Excellent communication skills – able to simplify complex concepts for clients
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- (Highly Regarded) An existing client book to bring across and continue building
