DS Sports is a growing name in the Before and After school care industry! We provide a fun and exciting level of care for children in our programs, including vacation care at our 5 huge hubs!

About the role!

This role is a permanent, 5 day a week position working as the Coordinator of the service. You will receive all the support you need from our amazing leadership team to ensure you have everything you need to provide amazing care, and loads of fun for the children! Some other aspects of the job are;

Build a fantastic relationship with your school and partner up with major school events

Enjoy loads of creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences everyday

Build meaningful relationships with the children and their families

Manage and roster your team of passionate educators

Creating healthy and exciting food options for the children

Meetings with the school business manager/principle alongside our Area/Regional Manager

Service times: 2:30pm - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday + Admin Hours (To be discussed)

19.5 hours minimum

The successful candidate

You thrive in a fast paced environment and you love inspiring kids to be their best!

Confident interpersonal skills, being able to communicate with children, parents and the principle of the school

Strong problem-solving skills and can-do attitude

Ability to lead a team of educators in your service

Excellent written and verbal communication

Have a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children

You’re full of energy, extremely enthusiastic and love having FUN!

Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA approved qualification This includes Teaching Degrees, Education Support, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education, Sports Science, Youth Work….and more. Visit www.acecqa.gov.au for more information
