We are looking for a Client Services Manager (really an all rounder) to assist in our financial planning business.

The role will primarily include:

Conducting Run Downs / Fact Finding with existing Super, Investment & Insurance Products

Assisting Clients with Implementation

Inputting Client Data into CRM

Drafting of Simple SOAs (Ad-hoc & Coaching provided)

Experience with Industry Funds would be looked up highly.

We are currently transitioning from outsourced admin assistance and as such, the role can be offered either as a Casual Position, or initially as 2 days a week Part Time.

For anyone wishing to remain in those arrangements, that is fine, or for someone who is seeking a full-time opportunity, it would be expected by 2026 Calendar Year 4 Days a week would be available (assuming comfortable with simple SOAs/ROAs).

We are incredibly flexible with pay arrangements, happy to discuss hourly rates, fixed price per piece of advice - whatever suits the candidate best.

The ideal candidate would be able to assist in fact find with existing superfunds & insurers, noting, this will be remunerated at Paraplanner rates. For any candidate that is able to assist with the implementation of advice, this would be prized.

Working from home is fine, ideally the candidate would be based in Sydney, or potentially Melbourne, however, for the right candidate, you can be based anywhere in Australia (must be Australian domiciled, not overseas) and we utilise best practice cyber security and data hygiene.
