My Client is a trusted partner in delivering innovative, reliable, and tailored electrical solutions across the industrial, construction and commercial D&C space. With decades of combined experience, their team of skilled electricians specialise in the design, installation, and maintenance of complex electrical systems that power some of Australia’s most demanding industrial environments.

They are currently looking for an Electrical Service Manager to join their expanding team. The role will focus predominantly on working on providing technical knowledge to the team and meet with clients.

Duties

• Lead and manage a large team of field-based electrical service staff.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee electrical service jobs across industrial facilities.
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and service performance metrics.
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations
• Liaise with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and team development

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a similar Electrical Service Manager or Supervisory role within the industrial sector.
• Licensed Electrician (NSW) with solid technical understanding of industrial systems.
• proficient in Cable Calc Pro & Blue Beam.
• Have a good understanding of Design & Construct Projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced service environment
• Sound financial acumen and understanding of service-based P&L management
• A commitment to safety and quality at all levels
