About your new role - Member Service & Administration Officer
In this varied and interesting role, you will work on activities that support our small team to deliver an appealing member and student offering up to the date of the member transition.
This role is being offered as a two month full-time contract and reports to our Acting General Manager.
Working Monday to Friday, the working hours for this role will be based on a rotating roster, that will require you to commence early twice a fortnight (7:30 am - 4:00 pm), and to finish late (10:30 am - 7:00 pm) twice a fortnight. Our standard weekly hours are 37.5 hours, with our offices open from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
We offer hybrid work, with our offices conveniently located in the Gateway Tower at Circular Quay, close to multiple transport links.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to students' and members' phone and email queries, including providing technical support and troubleshooting exam issues (full training provided)
Supporting our Learning Team to manage the integrity of the exam process and with investigations of student appeals or exam incidents
Member events administration activities including event registrations using a CRM
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions using ProSpend and Xero
Supporting our Company Secretary with preparation of materials for Board meetings
General administration and reporting activities
Required skills & experience:
Adaptability and willingness to get involved in a wide variety of activities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal
Ideally experience with CRMs and/or the ability to learn new technology quickly
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot queries and find solutions
Efficient in administration and strong accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously
Proficient in Microsoft suite of products
Experience within the Financial Services sector would be highly regarded
