About the role
We are seeking experienced Industrial Spray Painter to join our client's team on a casual basis in Walla Walla, NSW. This position comes with a view to permanency for the right candidates. As an Industrial Spray painter, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient blasting and painting of a range of manufactured products.

Roster: Monday to Friday 6.30am - 3pm

Hours: 6.30am - 3pm (overtime available Monday - Thursday and occasional Saturdays)

Pay Rate: $50 - $56 per hour - dependent on skill level and qualification.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and paint a variety of industrial components and equipment using spray painting techniques

Apply industrial coatings to silo bases, ring beams, and general silo components

Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of painting and blasting

Carefully follow client specifications and quality standards to ensure a flawless finish

Operate and maintain spray painting equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Work collaboratively with the production team to meet tight deadlines and deliver projects on time

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an Industrial Spray Painter, preferably in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry

Proficient in the use of various spray-painting equipment and techniques

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team

Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to your work

Certification in Spray Painting or a relevant trade qualification would be highly regarded
