We have our own venue in Surry Hills called Saltbox, and we also do events in other venues and at major events.

The Role:
We’re on the lookout for an energetic, well-presented Event Waiters, and Restaurant/Senior Waiters to join us for our upcoming events season and there are also roles ongoing. If you’ve got great vibes, sharp service skills, and love working where no two gigs are the same – we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do:

· Deliver smooth, polished service at exclusive events—think luxe boardroom lunches, sit-down dinners, high-end cocktail style events, outdoor premium and major events…and beyond

· Work alongside our talented crew to create seamless, memorable guest experiences

· Stay sharp and adaptable, because every event has its own vibe and pace

· Bring energy, professionalism, and a smile to every guest interaction

· Help set up and pack down the event space as needed

What We’re Looking For:

· Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality or event waiting, ideally in premium or high-end settings

· Impeccable presentation and a positive, can-do attitude

· A team player who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments

· Reliable, punctual, and ready to jump in wherever needed

· RSA
