Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the front-of-house and bar teams during service
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures
Maintain compliance with all RSA/RCG and licensing regulations
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and resolve issues professionally
Oversee cash handling, reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting
Support rostering, stock control, and venue presentation standards
Communicate clearly with kitchen and management teams during shifts
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and professionalism across the venue
Represent the venue and management team in a positive and proactive manner
Having your own transport is important as public transport times are limited in the area.
