About the Role:

WorkPac is currently in search of Trades Assistants to join our esteemed client's team-based Geraldton. This position is Monday to Friday, full time hours for a 3-month duration finishing up December

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist trades with installation of electrical, mechanical, control, and instrumentation systems.

Support switch room, elevator tower, conveyor, and fan installations.

Help with cable pulling, terminations, and conduit work.

Operate basic hand and power tools safely.

Move and prepare materials, tools, and equipment.

Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area.

Follow instructions from supervisors and report hazards promptly.

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience as a Trades Assistant or in a similar role

Electrical experience heavily favoured

Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems

Ability to use hand and power tools safely

Physically fit for manual handling and outdoor work

Able to follow instructions and work in a team

Current First Aid Certificate (Highly Desirable)

Work Safely at Heights (Highly desirable)

Enter & Work in Confined Spaces (Highly desirable)

Willing to obtain NPC
