Key Responsibilities

Greet and host clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring every visit feels special.

Manage appointments, wait times, and boutique flow to enhance the client experience.

Support clienteling efforts through accurate data capture and follow-up.

Assist with boutique presentation, stock handling, and operational tasks.

Contribute to storytelling through exceptional service and product knowledge.

This is not a sales role. The Boutique Concierge supports the sales team and boutique operations, focusing on client care and service excellence.
