Mobile Maintenance Supervisors – Step into a key leadership role on a 2:1 roster (residential or FIFO from Perth), you’ll take charge of open pit mining fleets, driving safety, reliability and performance across heavy mobile and light vehicle assets.

Contract/Rates: $80 - $85 Full-Time or $85-90 Casual

What You’ll Be Doing

Drive performance by monitoring KPIs, labour costs, and contract claims

Control spend through cost allocation, purchase order reviews, and pricing checks

Oversee tyre management programs and contractor performance to reduce downtime

Conduct pit inspections, track critical spares, and support smooth fleet operations

About You

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Supervisor in mining or similar (Essential)

Trade qualification – Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical or equivalent (Essential)

Proven knowledge of Open Pit mobile equipment maintenance – heavy & LV fleets (Essential)

Current WA Class C Driver’s Licence (Essential)

CMMS/Pronto or similar software experience (Desirable)

Contract administration knowledge (Desirable)
