Current Opportunities

1. Mechanical Supervisors – FIFO 8/6 (Ex Perth)

Lead small site teams and oversee the maintenance of loaders, water carts, backhoes, service trucks, and other mobile equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor mechanics and service crews

Manage breakdowns, servicing, and maintenance schedules

Oversee inspections, reporting, and compliance documentation

Foster a strong site safety culture

Liaise with operations/logistics to align with production needs

Requirements:

Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology (Heavy Diesel)

Supervisory experience in mining/mobile plant maintenance

WA HR Class Driver’s Licence

Statutory Supervisor DEMIRS exam (completed or in progress – mandatory)

High-level safety awareness

2. Heavy Diesel Fitters – FIFO & Perth-Based

Hands-on mechanical roles maintaining a modern fleet of CAT, Scania, and other equipment.

What You’ll Do:

Service, maintain, and repair mobile plant and heavy equipment

Diagnose faults and carry out breakdown repairs

Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections

Mentor apprentices and contribute to a positive safety culture

Requirements:

Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology (Heavy Diesel)

Proven mechanical experience in mining/civil/transport environments

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Fit for work, D&A free, site-ready

3. Heavy Road Transport Mechanics – Perth Workshop & Field Service

Join our Perth-based team, with occasional FIFO site coverage.

What You’ll Do:

Service and maintain road transport trucks, trailers, and support gear

Fault-finding and repairs across engines, drivetrains, brakes & hydraulics

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance

Support apprentices and uphold compliance standards

Requirements:

Cert III Heavy Vehicle Road Transport (or equivalent)

Strong experience across road transport fleet maintenance

Safety-focused and proactive

Willing to travel to Pilbara sites when required

4. Auto Electricians – Perth-Based (Occasional FIFO Coverage)

Take charge of diagnostics and electrical maintenance across heavy equipment.

What You’ll Do:

Carry out auto electrical fault-finding, repairs, and diagnostics

Service trucks, loaders, and support gear in workshop and field

Assist with preventative maintenance scheduling

Mentor apprentices on electrical systems and safe work practices

Requirements:

Cert III Auto Electrical (or equivalent)

Experience with mining and heavy road transport equipment

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Fit for work, D&A free
