About the Role

As a Sales Agent at TDA, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth by converting quotes into confirmed jobs. This is a hands-on sales role where you’ll take full ownership of the process—from initial outreach to closing. You’ll engage both existing clients and self-sourced leads, build long-term relationships, and ultimately drive results by winning work.

Key Responsibilities

Make 70–80 outbound calls daily to existing clients and new prospects

Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with referrers and property owners

Prepare, present, and follow up on quotes with a clear focus on converting them into booked jobs

Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

Maintain accurate records of activity, leads, and sales pipeline in the CRM
