Full-time role (part-time considered).

The day to day:

• Lead and support the Speech Pathology team, including running team meetings
• Mentor and guide clinicians in their professional development and training
• Assist with graduate programs and supervise students on placement
• Balance your role with a 3-day clinical caseload and 2 days management
• Work with a varied caseload including intellectual disabilities, autism, and speech delays
• Provide therapy in the Brunswick clinic and within the local community (home visits)
• See NDIS clients aged 3–65, or tailor your caseload to your area of interest
• Report directly to the Allied Health Team Leader

Requirements/Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Minimum 4+ years postgraduate experience
• SPA membership
• Drivers license and vehicle
