As the Workforce Administrator, you will provide high-level recruitment assistance to the ever-growing Community Services division, including
Posting job descriptions
Shortlisting and selecting candidates through online recruitment databases
Scheduling interviews and inductions for supervisory staff
Collecting and collating key requirements for new staff (including accreditation, supporting evidence and reference checks)
Preparing documents for on-boarding and Senior-level approval
Liaision with our People and Performance team to ensure best practice
Regular and consistent updates to the Workforce Coordinator, Client Services Team Leader, and in some cases, National Manager
This is a fast past role with the need to multi-task and manage many stakeholders, with some locations recruiting up to 10 workers each week.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Verbal and written communication skills and able to adapt style to suit audience
Ability to prioritise workload, use initiative and multi-task
Good problem solving skills and initiative
A self-motivated, enthusiastic and reliable work style
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a diverse team
Computer literacy
Ability to work full time hours at our Fortitude Valley office

Please note: The successful candidate will be required to participate in an Australian Federal Police check, NDIS Quality and Safeguards Worker Screening and a Working with Children Check, prior to confirmation of appointment to the position.
Additionally, it is a requirement of this law that successful candidates are fully vaccinated or medically exempt from vaccination in order to satisfy state government health directives.
The successful candidate will also be required to demonstrate entitlement to work in Australia, and to disclose any pre-existing injury or disease which may be adversely affected by undertaking the inherent requirements of the position.
