About the role

We are seeking an experienced Adwords Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at advise consultants' in Mascot, NSW. As a full-time Adwords Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns for our diverse range of clients.

What you'll be doing

Manage and optimise Adwords campaigns to drive traffic, leads and conversions for clients

Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify the most effective targeting strategies

Create and test compelling ad copy and landing pages to improve campaign performance

Monitor campaign metrics, report on results and make data-driven optimisations

Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure integrated, multi-channel campaigns

Stay up-to-date with the latest Adwords trends and best practices

Provide expert Adwords guidance and training to clients as needed

What we're looking for

3+ years of hands-on experience managing successful Adwords campaigns

Proven track record of driving measurable results through Adwords optimisation

Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data and insights

Strong understanding of Adwords auction dynamics, bidding strategies and conversion optimisation

Familiarity with other digital marketing channels (e.g. SEO, social media) is highly desirable

Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment

Experience managing Google Ads campaigns with monthly budgets of $50K or more

Full Australian working rights required
