About the role

We are seeking talented and reliable Labour hands with knife hand skills to join our dynamic team at Big River Pork in Murray Bridge, SA. This is a casual role, offering flexible work hours and the opportunity to be part of a successful and growing manufacturing Pork industry operation.

What you'll be doing

Performing processing and packing tasks, including sorting, weighing and packing meat products

Trimming, cutting and processing to customers specifications

Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Adhering to all food safety and quality standards

Assisting with other general labour duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a processing or manufacturing role

Basic knife handling skills and the ability to work with meat products

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict safety and quality protocols

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A positive attitude and the willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
