About the Role

We are seeking factory hands to join our team. If you are handy with power tools, have a great work ethic and want to work with a great team, we have a range of positions available. Suitable candidates will have prior experience in fabrication of some sort, however a formal trade qualification and/or technical experience is not required. Opportunities to progress with the company are also available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Interpreting Engineering Drawings and following Quality Control processes

Mould assembly and preparation

Working with foam and mould fabrication processes

Preparing glass fabrics and assembling pre-forms

Assembling dry laminates and pre-forms as per technical drawings and QC processes

Vacuum bagging and resin infusion

Demoulding and trimming of fibreglass parts

Apply flow coats and coatings

Qualifications/Skills/Experience Requirements

Must be able to interpret drawings, technical specifications

Excellent hand tool skills

Ability to communicate and work well within a team environment

Strong eye for detail with a focus on accuracy

Ability and willingness to learn

Reliability and Punctuality

A strong understanding of safe work practices and workplace health and safety

Able to work with minimal supervision

Other skills, Licences and certifications such as first aid, forklift, crane, dogging etc would be an advantage, but not essential
