Key Responsibilities:

Panel Beater: Repair and restore vehicle panels to pre-accident condition, ensuring precision and attention to detail.

Reassemble vehicles after repair ensuring all components are correctly fitted and operational.

Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain repair timelines and meet customer expectations.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols and quality standards.

Maintain tools and equipment ensuring they are in good working order.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address challenges and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

Proven experience in your respective trade within the automotive repair industry.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality workmanship.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Familiarity with industry standard tools, equipment and techniques.

Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.

Relevant trade qualifications or certifications are a MUST.
