About the role

As a Panel Beater, you will join Noosa Collision Repair Centre, a leading provider of automotive repair and restoration services in the Noosaville, QLD area. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the skilled repair and restoration of damaged vehicle panels and bodywork, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans

Perform panel beating, metal straightening, and other bodywork repairs

Use specialised tools and equipment to reshape and reform damaged panels

Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting and finishing

Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients

Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in panel beating or automotive body repair

Extensive experience (3+ years) as a skilled panel beater

Proficient in the use of panel beating tools and equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of vehicle construction, materials, and repair techniques
