We’re A1 Blinds – a long-standing manufacturer of premium awnings and window coverings.

We’re looking for a trainee Material Cutter & Sewer to join our busy Clayton South factory.

No experience necessary. We're simply looking for someone who is excited by the prospect of learning and growing with one of Melbourne's largest retail manufacturers of Blinds & Awnings!

What You’ll Do:

Handle and prepare canvas, polyester and mesh materials for production.

Cut, sew, and tailor materials for awnings, blinds, and custom shade solutions.

Operate industrial sewing machines and cutting equipment.

Work with accuracy to meet quality standards and production deadlines.

Collaborate with a supportive, experienced production team.
