POSITION DETAILS
- Full Time, Permanent
- Classification: Registered Nurse Level 4 with a salary range between $134,012 - $151,993 per annum (pro rata if part-time) + Superannuation OR
- Classification: Health Professional Level 4 with a salary range between $133,123 - $154,424 per annum (pro rata if part-time) + Superannuation

ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE
The Clinical Service Manager (CSM) will ensure Neami MH&WS provides safe and effective, immediate, and short to medium term responses to adults and older adults experiencing a crisis or significant distress. As the CSM you will initiate, lead, and coordinate strategic partnerships within the community, including with Public Mental Health Services, local government, community housing, and health and welfare providers, to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for consumers. In collaboration with partners, staff and consumers, the CSM will identify service gaps in the local community and develop appropriate models of service delivery to address these gaps. The CSM will take a lead role in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Neami MH&WS with the support of the Senior Manager Operations.
The CSM will ensure services are provided in an accessible manner with mechanisms in place to regularly monitor the levelof access achieved.
The CSM will provide operational management and clinical leadership to the multi-disciplinary team, maintaining a culture within the workplace that promotes Dignity, Respect, and Inclusion for all.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Formal tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or related
- Current full registration as an Enrolled Nurse/Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner with current annual practicing certificate from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), OR
- Currentfull registration as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse with current annual practicing certificate from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), OR
- Current full registration as a Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
- Experience working within a recovery-oriented service
- Leadership Experience within a Mental Health setting
WHAT THE ROLE REQUIRES
- National Criminal History Check (police check) - disclosable outcomes considered
- Current Working with Children Check - required before commencement of work
- Australian working rights
- The capacity to drive/access to a car
