TRADE STORE MANAGER – Paint-n-Colour (Full-Time)

🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm

Paint-n-Colour is a leading supplier of Industrial & Protective Coatings, proudly servicing the sandblasting, heavy vehicle, and mining industries. As distributors of premium brands such as PPG, Akzo Nobel, Jotun, and Carboline, we are committed to delivering quality products with outstanding service.

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Trade Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our major trade stores. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with trade and industry knowledge looking to step into a leadership role.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership and management of store staff.

Maintain a high standard of customer service, professionalism, and store presentation.

Develop and grow customer relationships in the trade and industrial sectors.

Operate point-of-sale systems and generate sales invoices accurately.

Manage inventory, stock control, and purchasing to ensure optimal supply levels.

Oversee transport logistics to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

Tinting and colour matching to customer requirements.

Ensure all store operations comply with company policies and safety procedures.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in paint and industrial coatings.

Strong knowledge of protective coatings and product application.

Previous background in sales, customer service, or distribution.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Strong leadership skills with a team-focused mindset.

Valid driver’s license.

Reliable, organized, and results-driven.
