A brilliant opportunity opportunity to join a growing Managed Service Provider in Sydney as a Microsoft 365/Azure Engineer with a Security focus. The successful candidate will work as a technical lead on a number of concurrent projects, being responsible for the scope and technical design documents and costs that are associated with project deliverables.

This person should also be comfortable in front of clients, coaching in security controls and reporting on high severity issues - so coming with MSP experience would be advantageous.

The role itself -

1. Leading the technical delivery of Microsoft 365 and Azure projects
2. Security focus – projects and ongoing managed services – responsible for managing any cyber threat escalations and providing consulting to clients
3. Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to internal best practices
4. Designing secure cloud environments and infrastructure solutions

Skills and Experience required -

1. Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure (security-focused)
2. Strong technical documentation and design skills
3. Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure, M365, Security) - Not essential but preferred
4. Great communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability
