Main Duties

Provide day-to-day HR support and advice, partnering with Directors and stakeholders to align HR practices with business goals

Act as the first point of contact for employees, managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding

Maintain leave records, timesheets, and oversee payroll accuracy and compliance

Coordinate HR inductions, policies, and compliance training

Organise team-building activities and initiatives to drive engagement, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture

Support workplace health, safety, wellbeing, and competitive salary and benefits programs.

Requirments and Qualifications:

At least 5 Years experience in HR Management

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline

Familiar with HRIS such as Employment Hero

Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and modern awards

Proven expertise in managing the full employee lifecycle, including Employee Relations matters, with practical, sound advice

Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and relationship-building skills

Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused

Fluent in both English and Mandarin
