About the Opportunity
As the Program Support Officer in the Aboriginal Workforce and Partnerships Team for the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA) you will help make a real difference in healthcare by assisting in the provision of Aboriginal Health expertise, cultural knowledge, stakeholder management experience, and environmental context to the SDPR from an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspective.
This role offers the opportunity to undertake a range of program research, analysis, reporting, implementation and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of programs, in line with established program plans and objectives.
In this role, you will:
Foster effective relationships with Aboriginal Health stakeholders to support meaningful engagement in program design and delivery.
Coordinate program operations by tracking milestones, updating documentation, and ensuring compliance with approved methodologies.
Support informed decision-making through research, analysis, and preparation of program briefs and updates.
Deliver high-quality administrative and secretariat services, including meeting coordination and stakeholder communication.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Proven experience providing high-level program coordination and support within complex ICT programs in large service organisations.
Skilled in maintaining program schedules, managing risk and issue registers, and resolving challenges through appropriate channels.
Hold relevant qualifications or possess equivalent experience in ICT program delivery and coordination.
Thrive in fast-paced environments and quickly adapt to new systems, processes, and priorities.
