SCHADS Award Level 3, $49k p/a at .6 FTE + salary packaging
Goldfields LLEN is looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy and people-focused individual to join our team and coordinate the delivery of the award-winning Passions & Pathways (P&P) program. As the P&P Program Coordinator, you will support the running of P&P in partnership with schools, local industry and community who assist in the provision of workplace experiences Year 5-7 students.
Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Program Manager, coordinate the operation of P&P in the City of Greater Bendigo, Central Goldfields and Mount Alexander shires
Establish and maintain relationships with local and state government, business, industry, TAFE, University partners and schools.
Coordinate industry experiences and events with local schools and businesses
Support schools in implementation of P&P curriculum
Ensure ongoing alignment with the P&P Learning Journey and Project Charter

Key Selection Criteria
Essential
Strong administrative skills, including experience managing multiple tasks, systems, and deadlines
Proven ability to collaborate creatively and courageously with a wide range of stakeholders, including schools, industry partners, and community organisations to drive shared outcomes
Proven experience in program coordination
Demonstrated event/project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven capacity to operate both independently and as a team member
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using online tools such as Active Campaign and Canva
Broad knowledge of City of Greater Bendigo, Mount Alexander and Central Goldfields shires
Desirable
Content creation such as writing, photography, and video creation for social media
A demonstrated understanding of primary school education
Other
Current Victorian driver’s licence
Working with Children Check is mandatory
